Here is our pond, there is a waterfall and a rigid liner above this the lower pond. Have 1 koi, 2 goldfish and 2 shubunkins. Pond has a pool type skimmer box and an external canister filter.

Get yourself an electric fence kit or you will lose your fish to these guys. The one I have a picked up off ebay for cheap (Fidoshock I think it was called).

my friend gave me a sack of unknown eggs from their own pond a few months ago and this what the eggs turn out today!!

i only had algae bloom the first year. i think it needed to "cycle" lol. after that, i havnt seen it since. it's been about 5 years. clean filter and uv bulb, that's it.
