acclimation line

i'm sure it's been thought of 100x times but no posts, so just wanted to give the newbies an idea. i've always tied my airlines into a knot in the past and it was always tough to control the drips.

- you can control the drip rate with the air control valve .
- bought a pack of ~5 air-control-valves from GoldfishWorld in LindaVista for a couple bucks.
- the pack come with T-pipes. you can use these to control multiple acclimations at once with 1 air-control-valve!
- clean, no mess.

- drip-acclimation is the most recommended way. never float your bags (can cause brain injury to livestock)

silicone tubes are easier to knot than the regular hard ones I guess its vinyl but i'm not sure, those air valves are a good idea, I use them to slowly drip medication or for water changes in small tanks too.

Hm anyone that used the above green air control valves notice if you open it up a bit the water starts flowing out of the valve? Makes sense since its made for air so air would escape but is this normal? Kind of annoying to have drips coming out of the valve too

yeah. that's normal. thats why the airvalve is placed inside the bucket
