If one of your ghost shrimp goes missing, look to the other ghost shrimp. Those guys can be pretty predatory when they get big. I've got a 2" ghost shrimp you can have if we can coordinate a good time for both of us. He ate his 3 bros/sisters, and finally had to pull him out after he started getting aggressive towards the 3 amano shrimp.

Glad to hear crypts are growing for you. They can be finicky. I haven't had great luck with them.

Ya, those ghost shrimp are pretty aggressive. Surprisingly my Dwarf Puffers dont find them to be snacks. I was expecting at least a few to get eaten but so far all have survived. Have some pretty large ones. They fight over food all the time but so far no shrimpbalism, odd that they eat their own molt..

Tomorrow probably wont work I might be going to Disneyland with the gf. During the week I drive by RPQ all the time to get to school in La Jolla so i could totally pickup on the way to or back from school. Whatever works best for you, Monday or sometime during the week.

If I can get my crypts to do even better and start splitting with supplements and maybe more lighting I'll definitely give you some to try they might be a bit hardier since they'll be more established.

Still have any trimmings left? I had to yank 80% of the plants in my tank (took over, started to choke out everything else). . . if you do, would you be willing to ship some in a baggie via priority mail? (like $4.80, which I'll pay for)...

Sure. Probably need to wait a few weeks, since i got a somewhat overwhelming response and am somewhat cleaned out. In a few weeks, I'll have enough riccia and frogsbit to send you a lot. I might be able to spare a val or two at that time. I'll be out of java moss for awhile...just starting up a shrimp tank, so i'll need it for that.

So PM me in a few weeks and let's go from there.

woah, kind of a late response. I am cleaned out for a another few weeks. check back then. i do have some frogsbit if you want it.

dakota - make sure it it really is your regulator, and not your needle valve or solenoid. both of those can be bad quality on some set ups. milwaukees are pretty good quality on the whole. you can spray with soappy water to find the leak (far, far away from your tank :O )
