HDR Anyone?

It's definitley not a process to just throw any photo at. Not baggin' on Joe here, but you can clearly see the difference in the specific shots that Minh chose to work on. Also in the night time front-of-house shot (see, that was Joe's ). If not done with the right imagery it will either not seem much different from a regular shot or go into trippy psychedelic land And yeah, you could literally do as many exposures as you'd like

Minh, what were you bracketing here? it doesn't look to be more than +-.5.

Most of the shots were taken with +/- 1.3 and some were +/- 1.7.

Was messing around in Photomatix today and got this from a single RAW of a doggie at farmers market at Pier 10 in San Francisco:

My trip up to Julian this afternoon. I've noticed that I don't go for the non-realistic look, so my HDR may look different than Minh's.

there is a time for non realistic and a time for not. Yours all look very good. I don't think Minh has pushed the limit though exept for the dog pic
