      A reefers view of VEGAs

Went to Vegas last weekend and checked out some of the sites... The ones in the first thread are free to view as the are at casino and lobby entrances.

      First stop was the Siverton

      This is at the entry

And at the bar was some really cool Jellie tanks.

      Second stop the Marage...

this one is separate but integrated with the large 20,000 gal one.

      Mandaly Bay

Thesea are some shots of the shark reef at Madolay Bay. This is an admission paid exhibit.

The ol walk through the underwater tube entrance

guess ya need sharks in a shark exhibit

      Gotta have a petting area

      and a jellie tank

This area was to make it look like you were in the hold of a sunken ship.

      Mermaids too... LOL!!!!!

Those are hand held devices, usually with an additional charge. Most museums, aquariums, etc., have them now. They describe some of the things you are looking at in better detail than the little plackards you usually see.

So was the Mandalay Bay exhibit worth the price of admission? I always want to go see it but am worried I'd be upset (cuz I could spend the money gambling instead usually )

It was a nice break from the casino's. I would say it was worth it. would be nice if they served free drinks while you looked out(in) the windows.
