My Final Portfolio for Underwater

Well, it was an awesome 4 weeks at sea, spending 14 days among the islands, ALL the way down to Clemente (where were saw navy ships shooting the crap out of targets with their machine guns ) and up to Santa Cruz. . . and here is what I submitted for grading: 10 macro, 10 "open" , 10 topside, and 10 wide angle. ENJOY!

The experience was BAR NONE one of the best I've had. We dove Santa Cruz, Anacapa, Santa Barbara, Catalina, and San Clemente. Of all the shots I did, my favorites were the nudies and gobies as well.. awesome fish... Seeing the humpback whale was EPIC (breached <50 yards from the boat). now I just have to take what I've learned and keep at it. it's the only way I'll get better Thanks for the kind words everyone!

Oh... forgot to add.. My grade was a B+. . . I was hoping for the A- (A's don't particularly exist at Brooks. . . has to be flawless.... ) but I guess most everyone got a B+... no A-'s as far as I'm aware...

Those are great pics! A+ in my book. That pic of the kelp with the bubble things really catched my eye, it almost looks like an animated pic. Great job!
