popeye on fish

so my blue angle has had this for over a a week I started treatment with meds and epsom salt how long does it take to go down I feel bad for him with his eye jacked up.

my 6 line had popeye for about a month. i just let him be and it went away.

Watch out for hight nitrate in your tank,either you have high nitrate or over load bio load .Blue angel is very sensitive to those thing.I forgot how difficult they are but recall it is at least level 3 or level 2.Those green powder med work well on popeye but you have to change water regularly.
