blue angle eye question

I have my fish in QT and I noticed my blue angels eye was swelling up so I went to the LFS and got some Nitrofuracin Friday and started using it but his eye is really swollen and looks to be getting worse is it to late for this guys eye to make it? or is there something more then the medication I can do?
