      CL pump

What is a good size pump for a closed loop on a 125g? I have a iwaki 100 right now, but i think it's too powerful. I have an extra gen x 40, would that be ok for my closed loop or not enough?

I'd get one of those darts on sale and that would be real nice flow.
There's a fine line between owning your tank, and having your tank own you!_________________________________________

ivan go with the dart, those were the pumps that i was telling you about. Cheap, low watt draw and 3600gph that can be scaled down until you need more. as your corals grow the flow will need to be increased. at that point just begin opening the flow more

I thought the Iwaki 100 was a lot of water flow. Things in my tank looked like they were getting tossed around. I put on the gen x I have and it seems to be ok. Later on if I need more flow I can always buy another pump or put the Iwaki back on. Thanks for the input guys

I might, I don't think I need that much flow. Do you have something to trade??
