Well other than charging me way to much to maintain my tanks he's is an ok dude. just kidding cool cat does a awsome job on my tanks and you will probably se my tank as tank of the month here soon. if you need someone to hook your tank up he will do it.

Went to buy 2 frags and left with 7. The size of Josh' frags were twice as big as the FedEx shipment I received today from a different buyer. And they were half the price.

All around, 100% stand-up and honest man!

I bought a piece of equipment from him that it turned out was defective. (It was not his fault, as he proved to me that he had just had the equipment serviced). I called him up, and he put me in contact with the technician to come service it at my house at his own expense. The tech was unable to come out because of scheduling difficulties, and in a few days, duecejt contacted me to check on the progress. When I explained the delay, he - on his own initiative and without hesitation offered a full refund. It was a good chunk of change too!

In this day & age, I really didn't expect anyone to man up & do the right thing the way duecejt did, especially since I didn't even have to ask! The world definitely needs more people of his fiber and I'll vouch for they guy, hands-down, any day. Thank you so much for your honesty and integrity.
