      So wait....The guy just has a bucket in his fridge to cool the water? Hmm. I wish he explained it a little more. I may have to look into this, I've got a 1.7 ci fridge I don't use any more. Much better than $200 to $600.

      yeah, its a bucket full of water and the coil is always submerged in the cold water. It acts like a heat exchanger.

      Except that the rubber, vinyl, polyethylene, or silicone tubing acts as an insulator, preventing any effective heat exchange....

      I wonder if a stainless steel coil or heat exchanger would work
