      When Kenya's Attack!

My 40g I sorta just let go
do a water change about twice a year, top off with tap water, no dosing at all
Just acouple quick shots of one side, did'nt snap any of other sides of tank
Kenays, red frilly mushrooms, and aiptasia have pretty much taken over

one of these days I'll just break it down and redo it proper...sorta like it like this though

Got it as a 1" frag, it's now about 5" tall and 4" wide

      Ya...that caught my attention!

I've noticed that a Kenya tree close to my Vortechs may be responsible for the new "sprouts" appearing around the tank. The high flow rate is probably knocking off pieces. I'll move as many as I can to the QT, someday.

HAHA my tank is just the same. started with a one ince frag 4 years ago and now have several large parent colonies about 6" across that are pupping like crazy. there must be several hundered frags in my tank. But they dont stay little for long!

I really like the whole setup. It's full of life and movement and looks pretty much algae free. Who cares if you have aiptasia, it can look fine in a tank like yours. A low maintenance tank is an ideal tank.
