Question Help! Some kind of segmented worm thing? What do I do?

I just saw the tail end of some kind of segmented flatish tan colored, thing, with darker short hair like legs on either side, it slithered under a rock!
      I think its a worm?
I saw maybe the last inch of it, maybe 1/4 inch wide.
Ive seen some of the captured pic posts here before.
I'll search and read up on them.
However any help would be appreciated.
      Should I be worried?

      1. Will it eat/harm my fish, shrimp, nudibranch, snails, crabs, or corals?

      2.How do I catch it?

      Thanks,
      Richard

hmmm...OK maybe I'm just a paniced noob that found his first live bristle worm. I'll break out the red led flashlight tonight for some night ops and try and get a better view, maybe a pic to post.
Sounds like it may be good cleaner.
Maybe hes the one who ate my pulsating Xenia?

      Yep,
      sounds like a Fireworm.
You can find the rock he is in and remove the whole thing out.
Set it out of water and wait.
He will start looking around for a better place.
      Thats when you get him.
By the way, dont pick him up with your hands (use tweezers).
      Or,
leave him alone. He will eat left over food, etc.
Wont be your last one Im sure.
