true perculus has growth apendage

My true perculus has a growth like bump behind both of its pectoral fins. It is eatign and not acting abnormally. I recently added a green tipped torch coral to my tank which my clown has been hosting in. Its bump/growth is unsitely but I am wonderig if it normal or problamatic and if it is contagious.
