oh no! what have i done?????

i moved my tank.
i changed about 50% of the water & i added a "back-pack" filter.
now my water looks "cloudy"
and small bubbles are starting to gather at the top (not really foaming)
and my fish are breathing faster than ever (i can see their gills going at it)
and they are swimming around a lot more than ever (faster and more than usual)
and they are also opening and closing their mouth a lot...
what do i need to do????
what am i doing to my tank????

Like i said at the lounge do a few more water change check your water parameter and oxigenate you tank for now.
