liverock bleaching...?? help

so i notice some white spot on my live rocks... like its bleaching?
whats going on? the alge looks like it peeling off the rock
plus one of the shroom was all slimmy looking and fell apart when i poked it.

tank is a 135 gallon
60lb livesand
100++ live rock
softies - hammer, frog, fleathers, lots of zoos
some birds nest n grren slim xenia humm few clams spinny blue lobster 4"
few shrimps
a few fishy
tank is about 3 months old

What is the Water parameter?
What kind of flow you have in the tank C/L Power head?
At 3 month old tank you should be in the algea bloom stage!
What kind of filtration you have?

2 remora HOB skimmer and 2 canister filter and 2 powerhead MH lighting 2x250 plus 2 pc artic lights
