I just got my SP from frag farmer.

When is the best time to dose it? When I feed my fish, or 1 hour after the lights go off?

I have a 55gallon tank with a 20gallon sump (only filled up half way) and a 29 gallon refugium. I'm assuming 3 drops a day is ok. Am I right?

Any help would be great.

Eric, on my 65 gallons net, i dose 2 drops once a day. So, that sounds about right, depending on what your actual net is compared to your 104 gallon capacity.

Sounds good. Is it ok to to leave the sump and skimmer running? I was told that would be fine, but doesn't it get skimmed out?

okay whats in this stuff? i just dosed one time and the next day i have never seen my LPS so fat. all my rics were so plump. my scoly looked like it just ate a horse. my duncans were surprisingly high up reaching for the stars. the PE on my sps were extended out further than normal. my monti frags seemed to have encrusted more overnight than i saw it in a few weeks time. i can actually see the purple on my grape cap too, before i thought it was just brown. my goni had better PE as did my alveoporas.

although not all my corals reacted so well. my xenia sorta shriveled when normally this guy stands tall. and my standard run of the mill mushrooms were shriveled up as well.

my tank is lps dominant so its nutrient nasty! i will continue to dose and post my observations. just wanted to see if anyone has experienced similar issues here.

FYI-OC Aquatics is out of stock, but they might be getting more in today or possibly next week...guess I'll be making a trek there sometime soon since I've never been there.

I read it works on LPS and clams. Clams will display their mantle more.

It was originally created as a food for sponges and sea-squirts, but all corals seem to respond extremely well to daily dosing.

My bottle says best before 11/09. So i'm guessing you'll go through the bottle WELL before it expires.
