So Im figuring out hole sizes now. Im thinking 1.5 for the overflow to the sump, 1.5 for the intake to the closed loop and 3/4 for all returns. I was thinking about going with the three quarter because thats the biggest l could find for Loc-Line, and i want to be able to thread the Loc-Line directly into the bulkheads so that the size is compact. You think 3/4 returns are big enough? Two 3/4's for the CL return and one 3/4 for the sump return which is currently going to be mag 7 that I already have. The sump returns are going to go through one bulk head into a pvc pipe standing straight up about 18 inches. Im going to have 3 tees plumbed into the pipe for Loc-Line jets. What do you think?

are you sure you want your sump return that far below the water?

Are you concerned of syphoning. I thouht about that, but the last return jet will run across the surface of the water, so if the water level drop more than 3/4 of an inch it will break the syphon.

i have a mag 7 for the sump return and a genx pcx 40 for the CL, although Im thinking about going with a diiferent pump, the genx is a little loud. Its fine now cause its plumbed into the garage but this next set up is going to have the pump in the stand.
