With the amount of vodka you're dosing, I shouldn't be surprised

could it be?! I'm slowly catching up to Minhs post count???

I'd try Zeo, if I had the money
I'd try vodka dosing, if my wife would'nt drink all the "chemicals"

Do you all know how well Xenias, Rics and Zoas. alike do in a Zeo system? I'm debating on going to a Zeo tank with a few shrimps, plenty of Acros. w/acro. crabs, Rics. and of course a collection of Aussie Acans. I must have a Mandarin Goby. I also plan to continue taking my annual 2 week vacation.

Jasper, I think the best answer would be given to you on zeovit.com. The gurus are always quick to answer questions over there, and most of them have first hand experience with everything you'd be curious about.

First off to the hijackers...Don't worry about it. It helps to keep this potentially volatile topic light hearted and fun.

Secondly, Ryan how do you get away with Zeo products lasting you 2 years? I thought that the shelf life on the food and bacteria stuff is 3 months after you open it? Are you not using the entire Zeo system? If not, why not? It would seem odd to me to only use part of the system in a tank. Kind of like saying that those crazy Germans are only partially right. No??

My bad I forgot about the zeo bac/coral vital that is kept in the fridge and is good for 6 mo. omg thats another 16.99 every 3-6 mo. The food7 is good for 2 years I'm not lying, depending on dosing and your tank. seems your guns are pulled, I guess the pics are fakes also right. do you know how many pm's I've received about how to start zeo and where do I get it?. I dose every zeo product except for macro elements/ k balance. I feel that since I use nsw it makes up for these things. I do feed pappone also along with mysis to my fish and plancton cyclopeeze every so often. I have a whole slew of frozen fish foods emerald entree, marine cuisine I have lots of fish to feed. Dave I dont have anything against you sir, I just want to clear the air and help people possibly with my experience. Is there anything else you would like to know?. No I'm not that flexible either. Allthough if I had to become a contortionist to get good coral colors I sure would try.

I bought two bags of stones and I still have some left over after 1 year. You can make Zeovit expensive if you buy everything they sell. But that is true with anything.

I'm run only the stones and dose bac and food every week or so. None of my corals are unhealthy. I can keep any LPS I want to and they grow like weeds. I just can't keep monti's.

What does phosphate remover and running a fuge cost a month?

Next can we argue 400 vs 250.

Or how about Becket vs needle wheel.

To each there own. Run what ever you want. If people have real questions hit me up. I will always help.

Please don't run Zeovit. I don't want your tank looking better than mine
