      Atlantis Aquarium?

Anybody going up there anytime soon? Or would anyone like to plan a day to go up as a group, to split gas money? I'd be willing to drive if i could get the wife to let me take here car. I could probably take 3 other people comfortable or 4 with 3 in the back.

I just would like to go and see this stuff in person, and maybe pick up a couple new things.

Gas would end up costing more than shipping

It's nothing special. I've been there twice when I was visiting family in San Francisco.

Paul went up there and said it was great. I would just like to see all this stuff in person. I'm loco so I'm probably still going to go up and make a day trip out of it. When i go i'll let everyone know.

Its not special. The website makes it "appear" that its LOADED with all kinds of cool corals. Its not. The are also expensive.
Cartman... I love the way you word stuff. " I have to see if my wife will let me use the car". " I have to get the corals out tomorrow cause my wife dosent like it when i put my hands in the tank when she is not home".
Today is my 13 th wedding anniversary, I know how "it goes"

Looks like awesome place with nice corals. I would of definitely checked it out if it wasn't too far of a drive...about 5+ hours behind the wheel for me.

Maybe you should make a shorter trip to Vivid Aquariums in Canoga Park if you have'nt checked it out. You can even meet up at my house and we'll go from there...I live less than 10 minutes away.

For anyone that hasn't been Vivid Aquariums, you most definitely have to check out their 800g reef.

I personally enjoyed my trip to the bay area. Atlantis is pricey, but there is stuff there that you wouldn't see in San Diego maybe even LA. Even if their corals are expensive, whatever they're doing it's working cause they do ALOT of online sales. There's other LFS that are really nice too. So if you go don't just stop at Atlantis.
