1. Add as a sticky the rules and Regulation of the site to remind everyone that there is one
2. Add as a sticky to every section of the board its rule and regulation
3. And also add as a sticky the guidelines the you Tech and the Moderator of this site must follow

This suggestion my eliminate some of your head acke and gives the rest of the members the knowlage of what their rights are
