      Talking To do list for Techno....

      1. Make quotation marks and carrots and any other symbols work in the shoutbox.

      2. Allow permanent font settings for shoutbox in User CP.

      3. Figure out why links to threads on RC don't work in shoutbox.

      4. Add PIF forum

      5. Since pic links don't work in shoutbox, add the following smilies to the ones available:
