That's it, after seeing those pictures, i'm definately getting pho tonight.
My only problem with the recipe is, where's the MSG? If you don't start seeing spots after a bowl of pho, you either didn't eat enough (pansy!) or the pho was lacking the magic potion. haha

thats the instant pho..........not really the correct way......it wont taste the same because you are using the "instant broth". the correct way and the way they do it at the restaurants is where you marinate the real beef with the bones for a good couple of hours to get that flavor and texure in the "real" pho. hahahah yeaaaaaa thats the INSTANT WAY YOU CHEATER! hahahah
