Have had it up and running a few months really good color! i tried putting my old PC over my tank and they were incredibly dim and dark compared. Very good coloration of coral without actinics! Great blueish color but still whit enough and bright enough have some crappy pics but dont know how to get them small enough to put them up

Radiums are the best bulbs for color. But only last around 8 months. Plus cost 80 dollars each.

A good alternative are the Helios 20K. They cost around half and last around a year. They are on my frag tank with great results.

Radiums are beautiful bulbs. Unfortunately, when driven with an Icecap ballast, they aren't strong PAR performers (~66 ppfd). You do get a jump in PAR when over driven with a magnetic HQI ballast (~85 ppfd) but it also shortens the lifespan of the bulb to about 6 months.
