DAMN IT!! i broke the end piece.these bulbs wont fit into the reef optix3.ive been trying for hours and have only accomplished breaking the damn bulb.***.can send these back to marine depot or am i out 80 bucks?i knew i should have done aqua connects...

I was looking forward to your review on these bulbs. I am sure you did this, but did you loosen the screw on the holders first a little? What ballasts were you going to run these on. I hope you can get your money back!
XM has been very helpful and offered to give me a new bulb.they called me after their work day was over only becasue i could only talk to them when i got out of work,very cool people and very cool customer service.i have a new bulb in the mail and i will let everyone know how the bulb looks.
