It would be nice if it could be minimized, or expanded, like the sub forums and such, so if you don't want it viewable, you have that option. No idea if that can be done though...

I'm with you on this... I don't want to see it on every bleepin' page. Maybe the chatroom could be on a dedicated page if the turn on/off option proves impractical or undoable.

There is certainly a ON/OFF (minimize) feature, I've seen it on the other forums.

I hate it so I always have it minimized, so if there must be a chat-box, hopefully it will have that feature.
