well what kind of lighting are you using?
Well if you want it to grow pour the suff in you protein skimmer cup back into you tank and wait. What is your nitrates?
Moderate to high lighting. strong water flow.
supplement with Iron, Magnesium, and other Trace Elements.
the light is a pc flood light rated at 15000k. i think it may be time to change it. i have to check the nitrates tonight.
If your nitrates are low there is nothing wrong. On the other hand if your nitrates are high you may have a problem maybe with flow.
well it eats bad things. so if your tank is free of bad things then it wont grow.
also, i believe chaeto grows in the dark, so if your running your lights 24/7 it wont grow much.
Like the diver dude said, plants grow based on how much nitrate/other nutrients are in the tank, so less nitrates very roughly equals less growth.
try switching to a lower kelvin bulb like 6500k
Im a diver dude! I cant wait to meet you at the fragswap/food/jumper! Anyone who is a friend of roland is a friend of mine!Originally Posted by acbaldwin
