250 Watt PFO HQI Ballast with Quick disconnect and refectors

Picked this up from Roger but I changed my mind and going with a dual 175 instead. I already have my new setup so please take this out of my hand.

-Dual 250watt HQI Ballast with Quick Disconnect, Dual PFO Spider Reflector (needs some cleaning)
- It's currently setup as an SE (Single Ended/Mogul Base)

How old is the ballast?

I'm not sure, I got it from another reefer here. It looks newer. No rust or salt damages.

BUMP for Nick. He picked this up from me a few weeks ago. I do not know how old the ballast is since I bought it used as well, but I took very good care of it as I do with all of my possesions. It was in excellent condition when I sold it to Nick.
