I second this, I would'nt mind shining one down on my tank to see what it looks like. I was at the circuis tonight and they were using these awesome strip led lights that were about 6' x about 3" tall and they were so killer I would love to see one over a reef tank. I think led's might just take over t5s

Those LED strip lights you saw are called "ColorBlasts". I use them all the time. LEDs are rapidly growing in the theatrical lighting world because of their lack of heat, low power consumption, and light weight. The ColorBlast wouldn't work too well on a tank, though. It is made up of clusters of red, green, blue, and amber LEDs. To our eye, the mixture of red, blue, and green light looks white to us. The amber LEDs are for better color depth. The units are extremely expensive and need a special controller to run them. I am sure that we are not too far away from having an affordable LED option for our tanks. A lot of companies are working on it.

You guys picked a great time to have a frag swap cuz im gonna be selling my whole setup. ill have a grip of things to sell and will be having pictures of them so you can take a look on what i have. I'll be there. Will be great to meet everyone...I've only met a few of you so far.

Although I won't be bringing any frags (because I only have three frags total in my tank LOL, as I've just recently got interested in corals), I *will* be bringing cash and beer, and hopefully leaving with a couple new frags.

I'm working on a major project this weekend, but will enjoy taking a break from it to head over to the swap...I live in Rancho Penasquitos, so it's fairly close to me.

Anyone interested in a frag of some blue zoos. I think they are tubs....brown skirts..anyway they are TINY zoos but that is just because I compare them to the regular size and these are just a smaller variety. I have a disk with about 10 on them...anyone willing to shell out the cash for um? The rock cost me $100 and I had the initial intent of splitting it up, but fragging these little guys was next to impossible.
