Honestly, I would have a hard time ordering from Atlantis, period. The prices are high, and the frags are microscopic (I've seen them).
You'd be better off finding some LE frag packs in the for sale forum on RC, IMHO.

What about doing a group buy from liveaquaria.com ?
I have not tried them yet but they have some pretty nice pieces.
