Tank Breakdown

I have moved away from San Diego 10 months ago, and the person renting my house has been taking care of my tank (close friend). He is moving out, and now I need to break my tank down. I will be in town this weekend (Jan 12-14). I need to move all this livestock this weekend, and sell the tank and the mixing station. I think I will keep some of my equipment in hopes of setting up a tank at my new place, but I can't take any of the livestock or the tank or the mixing station.
