Once I have the exact dimensions and thickness I’m going to e-Plastics
I’ll either have them cut the 5 pieces for me and I’ll glue it together or if not too expensive I’ll have them fabricate the whole thing
I need to stay very close to the thickness of IM s bottom piece so the plumbing works
A 48 x 24 piece of white acrylic is about $109
You’ll obviously need a bigger piece (which they have)

Just a quick update. I’m still waiting on the tank to cycle (it’s close) hopefully tomorrow it will be cycled.
I wasn’t a fan of the lid that IM includes with the tank. Today my new lid from Top Lids arrived. Just another costly expense lol.

Quick update. Got back into town after a 4 day trip away. Before I left I had added a pair black storm clownfish and a royal gramma from my 25 gallon lagoon and after that a fox face and 6 bangai cardinal. All are doing well.
Today I’ll be adding aqua char to the reactor don’t know if anyone has used this or not. I’ve been using it for over a year now in place of traditional carbon.

Marty was asking where I was going to put all my equipment. I took a slim line adaptive reef controller board a had on my other tank and attached it to the large adaptive reef controller cabinet. Still a work in progress but here it is so far.

Like an idiot I forgot about the DOS and DDR so had to move the MP40 controllers down a bit. Only things left to move over from the existing tank is the lights, ATO, and some livestock. That will be coming in the next few days.

Tank is done some fish and inverts are in I have 3 fish coming tomorrow and have to get 4 fish out of the old aquarium. Tried hooking up the Neptune ATK that thing gives me so many headaches and I couldn’t get it to work so put the old reliable Tunze on. Sorry for the blue pics doesn’t look like that in person.

Neptune ATO is a headache. My Tunze just went out and I wasn’t able to fix it this time. I bought the Red Sea and couldn’t be happier. Works flawlessly and all the extra monitoring is great. Would highly recommend if you end up needed a new ATO.
Ok quick update tank is humming along. Going through a brown algae ugly stage. Have a clean up crew coming next week. I picked up a red sea ATO+ on Ty’s recommendation and installed it 2 days ago I must say I like it very much. Thanks for the heads up Ty.

Update. I added a UV sterilizer due to some fish loss thinking I had some type of bacterial infection going on, but alas it was my own stupidness. You know what they say “the more you know the less you know” and I put way more fish in the tank than what I should have. But all is good now. I had a ton of algae that issues but dosing microbacter7 everyday for 2 weeks and now once a week with a water change I would say I have knocked back at least 95% of the algae. Here is a current photo.

5 month UPDATE!!!
So I had a couple of hiccups, but now everything is good. Like I said previously I added a UV sterilizer and today I replaced my Neptune AFS with an Avast Plank auto feeder.
Livestock consist of a Purple Tang, Coral Beauty, melanarus wrasse, aptasia eating file fish, starry blenny, fox face, and a black storm clownfish.
