Anyone know what’s up with my palys?

I’ve had these things for a long time and they were always just your typical green palys (nuclears?). However they’ve recently started to morph purple. Anyone heard of this happening before? I think it’s cool lol

Hey Dylan this is super dope. I have no idea why that's happening and I've never heard of it happening with palys like this either, but I would love a polyp if you are ever able to get any spares to throw in my nano next to my green center palys that I've had growing for years. Be careful fragging those suckers though! Paly toxin is no joke ☣️ Palys are cool though, I love the way they close up around food and they are just so hard to kill lol

Don't know if this helps but when I had my Capt. America Paly's under blue lights extensively with hardly and white lights they turned black. When I put them back under a more white light they eventually went back to their green and orange coloration.
