What screen are you talking about? Apex control pad?
This is how i do it for my phone app
Not sure for computer mode
Go to your profile
Then to settings
Then choose night reading mode as always

So on another site they have two options for the viewing screen, white and dark, on SDR it seems to me that only white screen like the one I am seeing right now, I would rather have a dark screen. SaltwaterAAquarium web site with the white screen and constant flashing gave me a optical migraine, so less is more for me.
Thanks suckled, I have changed the brightness on my computer, but I want to change SDR screen viewing from white to to dark exactly what the screen images that you have shown on your post, not a white background.
How do I make it so forum posts come through my notifications?

After 5 minutes of viewing this web site my eyes are starting to kill me again, I have severe dry eyes with hight eye pressure. So back to not using this site very much anymore.
Are you able to dim your whole screen on either your phone and/or computer? I did that a lot back when I was having serious cluster headaches and I wouldn't have been able to view the site without it. I do notice that both the website AND tapatalk do not turn black even though I have my phone set to dark mode, so maybe dimming the whole screen way down will make it doable for you? It would really suck to lose you over something like this and I can totally relate to what you're going through. Not sure if it did but hope this helps.

If you use Chrome as your browser you can try Force Dark Mode on all websites.
Search in Google and you will find many links how to.
How to enable Dark Mode in Google Chrome?
Launch Google Chrome.
Search for "dark mode" in the search box at the top of the Experiments page.
Click the box to the right of "Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents" and select "Enabled" as the default setting.
Thanks OCDreef and simple pleasures I have a MAC and I have dimmed the screen but I use Safari now, I know this site is not what it used to be and maybe they just can't make this happen. BRS and Saltwater Aquarium sites cause me to have Optical Migraines, I used to get them a couple of times a year and now if I go on their site. Aqua Warehouse caused it to happen as well. I have and am going to the doctors for this, but as usual Kaiser is dragging there feet.
Small changes can make a big difference, I will be getting blue block lenses for my glasses as well.
I might give Google a try again, looks like time to get another computer or update mine.
I apologize I did not see this sooner. Thanks again everyone.
