I sent this question to the admins about a year ago before I moved back to SoCal, I also msg'ed them for account edits (no reply)

Who agrees with this, requirements for a sales or LF thread:

- Detailed description
- Location
- Price
- Photos
- Make sure your inbox is empty so people can msg you!

If these simple details aren't met your post should be deleted

This should be a sticky and should be enforced, IMO. This is basic etiquette and we are all adults, or at least smart enough to follow a few simple rules.

As PatientZero mentioned, this is just etiquette on other forums. Just because we live in paradise is no excuse to be "sloppy", as SDR members we should set a higher standard.

And if you don't know how to add pics, then ask, if it's still an issue, use Google or Amazon, and share the link.

Have you asked to make image uploads easier? Would you consider yourself tech-savvy? Rather than criticizing the suggestion have you made efforts to make SDR better??

IMGUR is a very easy way to post pics, they have an app as well.

Tapatalk is easy also, but if you want add prices to each individual item you have to edit in a browser. Once again this all goes back to effort, when I would post stuff for sale I would take and upload WYSIWYG pics, price each individually, my location is already in the upper right hand corner and if they wanted an item I would give my exact address. Requirements like this have been brought up from time to time and even the owner before the current one disagreed. SDR has had no requirements on for sale threads as long as I have been a member. Not saying it can't change but that would require a change in ownership to someone who wants to put requirements/restrictions on for sale threads. Hey, the domain and site are for sale!

How about a single post for selling items instead of posting each item individually? Kind of annoying when half the FS page is from the same seller with each item posted individually. Why not have a single post with everything.

Also remove WTB posts in the FS section.

What I do not like someone will say Sold, but it is a joke and that person does not buy it, Ihave seen a few times, it seems a person or two like to do it, kinda like an ongoing joke.
