      Macroalgae Tank Tips

So I recently broke down a temporary tank I had in my garage, and I decided to try to turn the sump/refugium into a macroalgae tank for propagation. This by no means is a display tank, but I do love looking at it.

Tank is an odd one that I had made to be an ato reservoir 29x6x16 so about 12g. I have 2 old Fluval nano sea lights and an Amazon ACKE led light on the tank. Has one Jaebo OW-10 for flow

If any members have some tips or want to share your knowledge of caring for ad maintaining a successful macro tank. Please share.

This post is meant to gain more info but if mods think it needs to be in member tank section, please move it there.

Yeah, my ACKE light has a lot of the red but I don't run that for the full 8 hour photoperiod. I am considering getting a full spectrum freshwater plant fixture.
