I asked for pectinia colonies and 4143755361! Texted me and offered me Coral guys pectinia supposedly? He gave me his home address and asked me if I wanted the coral sent to me? I said I will see it first and he said it’s a hassle, I will send it to you. Beware, Google the number and you will see he already tried with same number? He actually knew the correct address so these scammers are good.

I almost got scammed too. A guy was selling a skimmer and I told him I’d pay cash and he settled a date and time and then he wanted and demanded I to send him Venmo. I don’t even know the guy. The date and time arrived for me to go pick it and then he tells me he already sold it

Interesting, the only number associated with my account is 858-751-2227 and I’m independently selling.

I also don’t even have a pectinia.

I tried to sell a skimmer to a guy..the date and time came...he never responded or showed...finally asked if I accept....EBT!....for payment...tried to take me shopping for meats...even offered to double value...people....

Heyo bro, one sec there lol. I did say it was the wrong number for @Coralguy93 but not that it was his address. I honestly don't know whose address that was, only that it was a real address nearby about a mile away from me. So don't worry Ryan, I don't think that was your address, unless you live on Jemez? So great we caught this person and way to be vigilante and skeptical! Great job Tony.

This is so common in the LA reefing community, seems that they start targeting San Diego as well , good catch guys , cash and pick up in person always the best option for bullying and selling.

I got Coral from Ryan yesterday, Thank you.
That scammer must be working for ButterBall because my wife opened ours up and the giblets are missing, again. 2 years in a row!
