Maybe you can do something with it. The trident doesn’t seem to suck up the sample anymore. I never trouble shot with Neptune customer service, but I couldn’t get it to work after reading forums etc.
The EB 8, only like half the outlets work. What else can I say?

Submit a claim for the trident and pay the service fee and it'll be like new. Cost like 180 after service fee and shipping. I got mine serviced and they included a 2 month supply of reagents.Originally Posted by moles
