      What’s your favorite salt to mix?

      I’ve heard mixed stories about different salts… But What’s your favorite salt to mix and why?

      Reef crystals;
      Pros: its cheap, helps keeping my alk above 8.5 dkh, Ca above 420 ppm, no residuals.
      Cons; I have to mix it at least 24 hrs, high Mg level around 1500ppm
      I have a Mix reef 40% SPS, 40% LPS and 20% softies Corals, I had been buying it since I started the hobby.

      I currently use neomarine. Great salt just a trip when you mix, gets really hot, doesn't hold its parameters long in storage.
      Tmp is awesome but I always had to dos up to the levels in my tank before WC, mixes clear and holds parameters well in storage.
      Accurasea1, awesome stuff and used it for years on my nano tanks. Cheap and individually wrapped 5g mixes in the 50g box mix. Hard to find sometimes. Some bad rumors here and there. I liked it.
      HW marine pro reef, really like this as well. Leaves residue over time in mixing can. It was really hard to find when tmp had there issue, mixed right at my parameters of 8.5, 420 and 1380
      Fritz rpm, mixed super fast and clear, I like it but batches became inconsistent for me parameter wise, online order item
      Tropic marine had a symbiotic <<<? Can't remember the name atm but it was great for my sps when I had them with regular wc's, less stress, stn,rtn in my experience with it.

      I use TMP. I used to use RC before getting a calcium reactor, high parameters were nice.
