Selling the house and can't decide if we should be breaking down the tank or selling with the house because it is an inwall setup. Therefore, I am here to gauge any interest in the system as a whole or just the tank itself.

60" 8 bulb t5, Reefbrite strip, waveline return pump, skimz skimmer, skimz algae reactor, 1HP chiller, Apex classic w/new hub, BRS dual Reactor, 4 vortech MP40s, bunch of extras like testing equipment, mixing drum, etc.
