Acrylic Work

Is there anyone here that does acrylic work?

In general I’m looking for a acrylic plate that’s about 5.5 X 9.75 with a 4” hole in the middle of it with a single hole on each end for a plastic screw to pass through. If can sketch it out with the proper dimensions of there’s someone that can make it. I’d prefer white acrylic but clear will work as well.

I can help you with that pretty easy. I have access to a laser cutter at work. What thickness acrylic? And more detailed locations of screw holes and diameter of the screw.
