Looking to add some macro to my refugium. I came across a guy in FL that has 4-5 types of algae but 2 are of the Caulerpa species. Are all Caulerpa illegal in CA?

150g glass w/ corner overflow , 60g sump w/refugium, Eheim 1262 return, SRO 2000int skimmer, ATI Dimmable Sunpower 8x54w fixture, 2 Tunze 6105 and 2 tunze 6025 modded.
I was looking on reefcleaners the other day and I saw caulerpa prolifera is legal in CA. Not sure if there are any others
These are the currently banned species: taxifolia, cupressoides, mexicana, sertulariodes, floridana,
ashmeadii, racemosa, verticillata, and scapelliformis
Caulerpa paspaloides aka palm caulerpa is an attractive unique and fast growing macro
Thanks for the replies. He does have Caulerpa prolifera, along with some species of gracilaria, but the other caulerpas he has are on the list of banned.
