Has anyone tried to raise white worms here in San Diego? Ordered myself a starter colony and will update on the progress once it arrives. I hear yogurt and bread with a screen and potting soil works great.

Never thought about feeding white worms to the reef, let us know how it goes!
From what I've read they stay alive for 5 days in the reef aquarium and are highly nutritious for the fish. I'll keep you guys posted
White worms are awesome! Fish are munching on them like crazy. I also noted that a worm is still alive in the tank for over 24 hours. So the 5 hour people were saying is just not true. More than likely the people saying 5 days alive in the aquarium are correct.
