I know this is a long shot but the only dumb question is the one not asked. However, I am a flooring installer and looking for an apprentice/helper. I will train to install and with time you can install your own jobs under my license. Pay is depending upon current experience. We install mainly in and around encinitas area and surrounding but have the occasional job else where. Again I know its probably a long shot but who knows. Some pictures of my work. Lol. Yes this is how I got started in flooring many years ago. The industry never really slowed down during the recession and even during the pandemic. I know posting on here is a long shot but I thought to myself who knows until you try.

Possibly. Really looking for a helper right now until I get established better. I am currently an employee for a flooring company but want to go off on my own and expand. Pay is determined by experience with flooring, knowledge of the trade and abilities. It could be hourly could be piece work but just depends upon your experience level. Until I work with you its hard to determine this. I was partnered with someone else with same skill level as me and we split everything 50-50 just hard to do when im 38 and my partner was 72 (friend and taught me the trade) and is ready to retire.
