Are AI hydra lights notorious for problems? We have 3 - 52's and the right one has always given us issues since we bought used. Now after trying to troubleshoot, factory resets, etc... they are all giving me issues. I hate these lights sometimes!!!
Keep getting errors like "GetColors Failed", "Comm error", etc

Have you tried to contact AI directly?
40B, 2x AI Sol Blue, AquaC Remora, Large Aquafuge2, 2x MP 10ES
