Quarantine Question

Is there anyone in San Diego or even OC that will qt fish, either a business or another reefer?
I’m not asking for someone to do it at no cost, I’m more than willing to pay for time and effort.


I simply don’t have the ability to do it, mostly due to time but also I just don’t have place to set up a system. I’ll be staring the cycle on a new 25 gallon lagoon soon; when it’s done I’d like to add a few fish to along with the two Mocha Clowns I currently have in my 10 gallon. I don’t want to risk the clowns to non-quarantined fish.

I’d appreciate any info anyone has to offer.

Did you buy my 10g? LiveAquaria Divers Den fish are all properly quarantined and I’ve got some nice fish from them. TSM Aquatics also offers quarantined fish.

Hi Drew, I did buy your 10 gallon. It been up and running since about a week after I got from you. Other than a little algae problem I’m struggling with right now it’s doing awesome. I’m in the process of upgrading to a 25 lagoon with Fijicube 20 sump.

Just an fyi live aquaria quarantine for 2 weeks only. Half of what is considered minimum to combat ichs life cycle. Not trying to bash them are argue just inform. At least they quarantine for as long as they do.
