"Bubble" in the middle of a torch head

I have a torch that seems to be sprouting somewhat of a bubble from the center. It kind of looks like if you spilled boiling water on your skin and a bubble forms from your skin (sorry for a lack of a better description). It inflates and deflates with the torch. Sometimes I see it open as if it had a mouth. Its pretty consistent. Its been around for about three weeks now.

Any concerns or comments?

I believe that your torch is in the process of making a new "head".

No concern, Mine has done it a few times. I believe it is a new head. I just have such a big piece I dont count the heads any more. It just owns one corner of my tank. It should only be a couple more weeks and the bubble will be gone..
