Yes, they are HDs. I've changed the title to reflect this.

I've had them for less than 2 years.

All the channels still work. The max settings were for the Royal Blue at 99% out of 140% total and Blue at 94% out of 140%. All the other channels were set to less than 60%. I used a modified Saxby setting, so they were only at the peak intensity for maybe 15 minutes a day, before the intensities would go down less and less throughout the day.
