Silly clown!
My old phantoms hosted just about every type of lps and softy that was in my md, from euphyllias to a large toadstool, and every once in a great while they would hop into the nem...although it would happen from time to time it was few and far between
By far no.
What we've learned is a lot of people are not giving the species of anemone as they would be found in the wild.
Most popular clowns would be percs and occs, and the most common easy to acquire anemone is BTA, and BTA is not a natural host match for those and other clowns.
Many of us have discovered that if you give a natural host match, hosting happens immediately or very soon.
My picasso/percs were in my magnifica before I even pulled my hand out of tank placing it.
Your clown may discover the BTA's, it just usually takes a bit longer.
Meanwhile don't try to force it, they need to adapt to nem stings at their own pace.
