      48" Hybrid Metal halide and T5 light

      48" Maristar 2 Hybrid Metal halide and T5 light. Comes with 4 ATI bulbs and radium bulbs. Ballast is galaxy 250 dual. Both fans been replaced with a quiet ball bearing fans. $140

      48" Hybrid Metal halide and T5 light

      This is an awesome fixture and someone should really jump on this, especially at that price. Unlike with Leds, there’s no dialing in necessary with this aside from figuring out a good hanging distance over the tank. The power consumption will be higher with the halides, but you’ll know the spectrum and intensity will grow coral and the colors will look great. I’ve seen some supposedly “good” leds barely grow coral and what they did grow had horrible mono-chrome coloration. If I didn’t just buy my t5 fixture, i’d be all over this.
